4. Subscription & Payments

Restaurant subscriptions may include premium listings, promotions, analytics, collaboration tools, and priority support.

Plans may be billed monthly or annually. Payments must be made on time. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. User Content

Restaurants and creators are responsible for ensuring that all menus, images, pricing, promotions, reviews, and other content submitted are accurate and lawful.

TasteReel reserves the right to edit or remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Reviews & Community Guidelines

Users must not:

• Post false or misleading reviews
• Upload offensive or illegal content
• Impersonate others
• Violate intellectual property rights

We may remove content that breaches these guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All TasteReel logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and platform content remain the property of TasteReel.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content while granting TasteReel permission to display it on the Platform.
